About this listing
We are Americans living in Brazil, and use our country home as a weekend rental for Brazilian party's. It was built for this purpose, weekend outings, it is not our residence .The country home has all one needs, yet at a very basic level. Its location is exactly what you need for the world cup.
Viracopas Int Airport is a short 20 minute drive, and our city "Indaiatuba" has a excellent bus station for reaching the Sao Paulo Stadium, a hour 40 minute bus ride at a great price. Many of the International teams are staying here or in Campinas for that very reason, plus a low crime rate.
Our Chacara (country home) is super safe. We have 24 hour security, and its located in a upper class neighborhood, we have never had any issues with crime. It is a very good location, peaceful.
The home has two bedrooms on the ground level, a large salon for either extra beds or mattress's on the floor. Ceiling fans imported from the States in all the rooms. The Charcara was built by us four years ago, and has a swimming pool, football field, and plenty of parking.
Kitchen, with new refrigerator and freezer, LP gas stove. Pots and pans, plates, if you choose to cook your own food. The veranda has a Brazilian style bar b que, plus we offer basic chairs and tables for sit down eating. Its rustic, yet the view from the deck over looking the country side are outstanding. A simple life amongst the rich and famous Brazilians from the big city. Our price per night is very reasonable, considering you can sleep up to 12 people, 250 USD per night. Safety and location are as good as it gets, and of course we are willing to help you out as much as we can, just send us a email and we can talk. My wife is Brazilian, I am American, we both speak English, and can assist you in numerous ways while your here for the games. . Indaiatuba is a wealthy cottage city for the Sao Paulo rich. Polo is the game here, with 28 fields near our Chacara. Lots of great restaurants, shopping, and walking areas. It is a medium sized city, Because the wealthy have homes here, our security is as good as it gets in Brazil. You will be Safe in Indaiatuba, and our Chacara is well guarded day and night by a very smart and strong Pit pull called Leona ( the lion) Your gear will be safe with us, guaranteed.

Things to do nearby
When you arrive in Brazil,( GRU) Sao Paulo int. airport you can take a bus right from the airport departure level ( Terminal 2) to Campinas, that has a free shuttle to the Viracopas airport. From there we can pick you up and take you to the Charca.
Feel free to contact us, as we have no idea that this idea will interest anybody. Email email@example.com and I will get back with you. We are guessing 25 to 30 can be accommodated at the Chacara, any overflow past that we can shift you over to our Brazilian friends homes. You have to take Brazil seriously. Its a very beautiful, friendly county, yet like a rose bush it has some very dangerous thorns. Nothing is as it seems. You have to be super careful, from navigating the roads, to watching your back from criminals. Yet, the Brazilians will bend over backwards to help you out, even though they do not speak English. They worry about you, and you will find them always looking out for your back.
Indaiatuba already has one major team staying here, Campinas the big sister city has two teams booked in there already. The reason? Both city's are close enough to the games, and yet far enough away from the crime. Viracopas Int airport is convenient to both city's, roughly 30 min. from either city. Many Brazilians work in Sao Paulo central and commute to Indaiatuba to live. Its that much safer than the big city of SP.
