About this listing
It is a charming apartment on the tenth floor, newly renovated, all white with some color in decoration, with 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom. This has a strong electric shower, which can be with hot, warm or cold water, and also has plenty of towels available. The kitchen has a stove, oven, sink, all the dishes and even a washing machine and a tank for clothes. The fridge is in the room, which facilitates access to treats and drinks. This room also has a table with four stools, flat screen TV with all channels, dvd player, condicionated air, microwave, freezer, sofa double bed and plenty of pillows. The other bedroom has a single bed, a desk and a large closet. The view from the apartment is very beautiful, where you can appreciate the sunset of Guanabara Bay and the Rio-Niteroi bridge, one of the sights of the city. The building has 24 hour security and is surrounded by extensive local trade, with shops, markets, cafes and restaurants, including one of the largest malls in the city, Niteroi Plaza Shopping. You can walk the boardwalk and enjoy the lovely views of Sugarloaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer, elected in 2007 one of the seven wonders of the world. The transportation is very easy, because in just three minutes walk, just 2 blocks from the building is the bus station (from where buses go to numerous places in the city) and also the boats to cross the Guanabara Bay, which in 15 minutes they arrive at the center of Rio de Janeiro.
Things to do nearby
In a distance of 600 meters from the building there are two supermarkets, a delicious bakery, several snack bars and restaurants, shops of all kinds, and even a square with trees and plants well outside the building. A minute walk is the Niterói Plaza Shopping with famous Brazilian and international restaurants such as Starbucks, Outback, McDonald's, Bob's, Mister Pizza, Spoleto, Koni, etc. In it there are also several shopping and still a great cinema. As I said above, also very close to the building, just 2 blocks away, there are several transportation options. The ferries are a great choice to reach the center of Rio de Janeiro in amazing 15 minutes and still enjoy a stroll along the Guanabara Bay with the view of Sugarloaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer. Arriving in downtown Rio, you can take a subway to any other point of the city, such as the Maracana stadium and the Copacabana and Ipanema beaches. If for some reason visitors do not like the boats, it can still take a bus to anywhere in the city in the bus station which is also a 3-minute walk from the apartment. They cross the Rio-Niterói bridge and are also a great ride. There are also numerous other sightseeing options, tourist and leisure spots such as the Ecological Park of Niteroi, the Icaraí Beach, Itacoatiara Beach, nightclubs, concert halls, theaters ( the municipal theater is across from the mall and also one block away from the building), kiosks with coconut water and snacks, not to mention with the traditional visits to the main sights of Rio.
